More than ever, this contractor position has taught me to treat my employment experience as a commodity and a business transaction. Document everything from hours to expenses. Thus Far, I have worked 16.5 hours on this project, and I hope that after submitting my report and neighborhood analysis that I could negotiate another contract and a higher pay rate.
