Crystallize: 1) to cause to form crystals 2) to give a definite form to: as, crystallizer your thinking. 3) to coat with sugar. v.i. 1) to become crystalline in form. 2) to take on a definite form

Writing down all of my thoughts on paper helps me crystallize my mission statement. When my thoughts are in physical form, they possess formal structure, a concreteness that is easy to recognize. They are no longer dream. They have deadlines, objectives, meaning.

This is crystallization. Those dreams once potential energy, merely stagnant particles, have placed moved into action. Their elements have collided producing a kinetic, cataclysmic change.
