Everyone
talks about getting started but how many people stay started? It’s east to
start something new. It’s hard to stay committed throughout the process. When
the pursuit isn’t shiny and new, it’s hard to muster enthusiasm doing the rote,
mundane tasks. I admit that at times I am guilty of this behavior. Inertia
erodes things. I need to stay started instead of staying stagnant. Therefore, I
am going for these three things the rest of this year: 1) finding the job that
I want; 2) earning my CBAP certification; and, 3) earning my PMI-PBA
certification; and, the only way to accomplish these three things are to stay
started.
